- WHO CAN ENTER THE MONTHLY CONTEST? For now, contests are only open to legal residents of the USA and Canada.
- CAN MINORS ENTER A CONTEST? Sorry! No minors allowed! A person must be 18 years or older to participate in our contests.
- HOW OFTEN CAN I ENTER A CONTEST? Our standard rule for our monthly contests is Limit 1 Entry Per Day. However, rules may change from time to time. Please check the Current Contest Rules & Prizes.
- WHAT INFORMATION IS NEEDED IN THE ENTRY FORM? Your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number are required. Answers to survey questions are optional. Your information will NOT be showed publicly, shared, rented nor sold to third parties. Your privacy is important to us!
- WHO SUPPLIES THE PRIZES? Prizes are supplied by HomeschoolAuctions.com and generous sponsors. Please visit our Contest Sponsors, they make it possible for us to offer FREE monthly contests and give away great prizes! Sposors reserve the right to substitute prize(s) with item(s) of equal retail value.
- HOW ARE WINNERS SELECTED? Winners are selected randomly and automatically by our contest software. We do not manually handpick winners. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries and the number of prizes. Prizes are listed by retail value from highest to lowest and are numbered accordingly. (For example, if 10 prizes are scheduled to be given away, at the conclusion of the contest, the software will pick 10 winners. The first winner on the list wins Prize #1 on the prize list, the second winner wins Prize #2, the third winner wins Prize #3 and so on.) Only 1 prize is allowed per winner.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF I WIN A PRIZE? Congratulations! Several things will happen:

- Your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number will be sent to the Prize Sponsor. The Sponsor will then contact you and directly mail the prize to you.
- Your name, city, and country location will be permanently placed in our Sponsors and Winners Page for all to see. Your e-mail, mailing address, phone, and other information will not be disclosed.
- HomeschoolAuctions.com is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected prize(s). If you are a winner and you have encountered a problem, you must contact the Prize Sponsor directly.
- Permission and Acceptance of Rules: Your entry constitutes acceptance of the contest rules and you are giving HomeschoolAuctions.com and our contest sponsors permission to use your name and statements about the contest for publication purposes without further compensation (if you are chosen as a winner).
